2. All solar air heaters come with a 10 year warrantee to the original purchaser.  HotBox Solar will at it's sole discretion repair or replace any
heater that is found to be damaged or defective.  This does not include Acts of God, misuse or wrongful installation by the purchaser.

3. HotBox Solar is not responsible for return shipping costs on any products.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. All returned items come with a money back guarantee if returned within 30 days of purchase and in original "resellable" condition.

5. All returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus our shipping if we offer free shipping on the product.

6. Items sold to "Dealers" may be returned for credit only.

7. Discounted and Close-out items are not eligible for a refund.
